"Service is good. From the reception to the bell boy to the restaurant staff. The male manager at the breakfast reception is always bright and courteous every morning. Club room is super worth it since there’s food throughout the day with yummy cheesecakes etc. There’s even free flow liquor available. The club room is pretty and nicely renovated. We loved our stay at TOBA we stayed 3 nights"

"The main room was good. Great views and plenty of space to relax. The letdown was the bathroom. It was tiny with very dated fittings and nowhere to put toiletries. It was also at a higher level meaning a really big step down into the main room which was potentially a safety risk."

"Property was very much a traditional Japanese hotel. Felt good to enjoy such a hotel with a Japanese architectural design throughout the property and each room down to an onsen in each room. Additionally, the inner sanctuary was within walking distance. Highl6 recommend this hotel and property!"
