外観、内装がとてもスタイリッシュで素敵でした。キッチンや食器もあるので便利でした。アメニティも充実しています。 駐車場からすぐ部屋に行けますが、ガラス扉1枚で、鍵2箇所のみのため、セキュリティ面が不安でした。 スペースが狭いので荷物を広げる場所が限られています。 設備の説明などが書かれていないため湯はりの方法が分からなかったり、給湯器の調子が悪くお湯が出なかったですが、フロントへ連絡をすると直ぐにスタッフさんが見に来てくれました。対応の速さは良かったです。

オーナーさんはとても良い人なのだが、サービス面としてスタッフ教育が出来ていないのかな…また施設内の説明や気配りなど言い出したら多すぎる課題があると思う。また部屋のシャワーのドアが建て付けが甘く水が漏れてました。 施設の作り方も、オシャレな部分と専門家が作ってないのか便利さという点ではちょっと弱い。 小さな子ども連れではおすすめしない。 若いカップルには最適かもしれない。ただそれなら高いかな…うーん…2回目はないですね。 誰か優しい方がもっと0からアドバイスしてあげてくださるともっと良くなると思う。

お風呂が汚い、温泉と言っても錆だらけ、錆の粉がジャグラーからたくさん出て来た。 気持ち悪すぎる。 お風呂は温泉とかしなくていいから綺麗な方がよかった。 2度目はないです。
