Brutal!
I'd avoid this place if you can. Booked a non smoking room but had a weird smell and it wasn't cleaned properly as there was bunch of stuff below the beds, looked like some sort of sex toys which was is very disgusting. The town is a beautiful place and many activities so we decided to stay an extra night. We we're asked to change rooms if we were to stay the extra night so we said no problem. If I was travelling by myself, I would have checked out after the first night but I was here with a small group so we were along for the ride. When we we're paying for the extra night, we were accused that we smoked in the room, we are non smokers so we we're pretty baffled from that. Long conversation with the front desk explaining this to avoid the "extra cleaning charge" Unfortunately we we're here on a long weekend so other hotels we're fully so had no choice but to stay the here. I'm not sure if they're struggling so trying to get a few extra yen out of us but this was very disappointed, especially for a hotel in Japan.

ロビーでコーヒーがいつでも無料で飲めるのは良い。お風呂上がりのアイスもちょっとした事だが嬉しいサービスである。朝食も満足レベルであったが、連泊時のルーム清掃はお願いしたにも関わらず、タオル交換、ゴミ捨てすらしてくれず、部屋に戻った際にタオル交換たげでもとお願いしたが、済みませんの一言も無く残念な対応であった。

とても良いビジネスホテル
出張で利用しました。建物や設備は新しくはないですが、とても綺麗でした。スタッフの方々の接客もとても快適でした。大浴場は疲れを癒すには最高です。深夜に利用したにもかかわらず綺麗で貸し切り状態だったのでとても寛げました。部屋もとても綺麗でした。ひとつ気になったのは館内に漂う臭いです。おじさんの加齢臭のような臭いです。自分はおじさんなので許容できますが、女性や若い人には苦痛かもしれません。ビジネスホテルならではですが、これさえ改善できればとても快適なホテルになると思います。
