"We arrived early at the hotel (around 12). The room was ready at that time, though we had to sign up to their members scheme to get free early access, which was annoying. The hotel was just a 12 minute walk across the river to reach the main part of the city. There were a couple of bars and restaurants around. The room was tidy and spacious. It was well decorated. There were building works being carried out on the exterior facade from 9am to 6pm, although this didn’t bother us as we were out...

"Convenient location across Vienna HBF and walkable to underground station too. Room was ready when we reached in the morning and staff kindly allowed us to check in early. Standard amenities provided including one bottle of water per day. Didn’t have their breakfast. Overall a good stay."

"Please do not book any advance lunch or dinner. Not a good experience. Made advance payment for 5 meals. Hotel insisted only 3 coupons showing in their system. It turned out more expensive by pre booking meals. Good breakfast."
