"Friendly staff who work hard to keep everything clean including beach. Daily scheduled activities/entertainment. Older resort but good value for decent price. Food is acceptable with a good variety offered every day. Wi-Fi only in lobby area and not very good. Pools are clean and comfortable temperatures. Location is a bit far from Centro. No public transportation. Taxi available. Beach is lovely, large, and clean. We would stay at this place again."

"The grounds were beautiful and the food and service was 5 star !"

"After a very disappointed check in and a room with 2 beds instead of king bed as requested and a very bad ceiling leak all over the bathroom. I complained and Jose Angel Rivera & Jose Luis Gonzalez (VIP Dep.)changed my room very quickly and was very professional. Also the staff around was amazing. People like Leonel Perez Castillo and Mileidy Pinela Perez in Buffet Perla did a fantastic job servicing. I will go back to this place in the future. "

"The staff is pleasant and courteous. Room bed was very hard. My husband killed two big spiders. The bathroom was filthy with black soap scum all over the skiwer wall and mold all around the floors. There was also no hot water. "

"The best part of this location is the people! The staff in all departments were fun and happy and smiling and laughing and joking and jovial and helpful and charismatic and sociable and helpful and seemed like they enjoyed being here. Moral of the story is “AND”. They were not enough ands to describe how great the staff was at this location! These were the best views I have ever seen of the ocean. I could not get enough of them. "

"This property is small compared to others we have been to in Punta Cana. It was exactly what we wanted though, great beach, great food and drinks, wonderful staff. If you want a lot of activities, this might not be the place for you but they do offer some. There is just a very small gift shop on the property but there is a whole mall full of little shops right outside the front gate."

"We only ate at the buffet for the two days that we stayed. The food was okay, but not great. It was often overcooked and dry. The best choice was the pasta bar where the food was cooked to order. Guest services was awesome and quickly addressed our request for a mini bar refill when we missed housekeeping. The front desk folks were very friendly."
