"You absolutely should not book your stay with this property. We tried to reach the owner the prior day and the day of our arrival. We were unable to reach her. We went to the apartment complex, and only the apartment guard was finally able to reach her. When I spoke with her, she said that she was out of the country and not able to get the key to us. She offered a different apartment in the center of the city, which was not convenient for us. We were unable to stay at this apartment, and we needed to find a different place to stay. Now, Expedia has spoken with the property owner and Expedia does not want to give us a refund because the property owner said that it is a cancellation. Absolutely do not book your stay with this property. You might not be able to stay there."
