"Had a great stay. Loved top floor duplex suite with both roof terrace and balcony. Would definitely return. Only negative was no kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in room. And a lack of toiletries in bathroom. Room came with only 2 tiny hand soaps and a shower gel. "

"The Hotel is Ok, the staff are excellent. Rooms good. Gym - old and not well looked after and doesn't open until 10 am! The pool area is lovely BUT people putting towels on sunbeds nd not turning up till after midday is a big issue. Kids in the whirlpool, means the adults don't get a look in! "A very good clean hotel ,there was someone often cleaning and polishing,the reception area, corridors and outdoors around the pool. Daily room service was fine although some days the tea and coffee sachets weren't replenished. The allocated room on 4th floor was compact, the bed very comfortable and it was in a quiet location. The bathroom was larger with a modern walk in shower and the outdoor patio was even bigger with a large sunbed for private use. Half board food was adequate, breakfast...

"Lovely new infinity pool which was great to spend time by. Location is very central to Las Americas strip which is good for walking to restaurants but meant very noisy at night so struggled to sleep. Walls thin so could hear the noise from the neighbouring rooms and the corridor. We had breakfast included which was fine but nothing to rave about. Spa changing room was very dirty. Overall average hotel - if the infinity pool wasn’t there it would be rated lower! "

"Friendly staff, Well equipped , appointed and comfortable rooms. Cleaning was regular all around the hotel. Breakfast was a good choice, downside was hot food wasnt very hot under the heat lamps. Swimming pool nice, adults only roof terrace was good can get a bit noisy at times. Sun loungers not allowed to put your towels out and leave which is good. Animation team are great and lively with lots of activities. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend."
