"A very nice hotel with very nice staff. Airport pick up was spot on, used it 4 times during my stay. My only issue was that I ordered room service on my last night at 21.30 and it never arrived. I didnt know enough spanish to follow it up but that's my problem as an english speaker in a spanish speaking country. A few staff spoke very good english and a few none at all, as to be expected. Great hotel. I recommend "

Property could use some updates to make the overall experience more enjoyable (e.g. showerhead needed replacing).
