"This is a great hotel with a fun rooftop bar and pool; a full wonderful spa (my favorite!) which has sauna, steam room, warm pool, and great treatments. Location is also fantastic! My review is a 4 because room service is restricted to same breakfast buffet option for like $20. No option for just buying a coffee and an egg for example. Rooftop area has constant beating music and it gets tiresome. And spa is restricted as one must have reservation and limited in time. I understand it’s a small...

"Amazing hotel! The pool is gorgeous. The food is great and the service is excellent. Beautiful view of the pool from my room. This is one of those rare hotels where it is better to be in a room on a LOW floor, which gives you a better view of the beautiful pool and waterfall. I have stayed at hotels all over the world, and this one ranks in the top 3 for sure. "

"Our check-in was very much appreciated on how well we were treated after a questionable taxi ride. Do not trust the taxis at the airport. We had trouble reserving the shuttle from the airport to the hotel only because we did not have a contact telephone number to provide them.The desk clerk went out of her way to welcome and accommodate us. "Standard well run American chain hotel. The view from the restaurant and deck area is very beautiful. The resturant is fine and reasonably oriced. The breakfast is the best we have had on our trip so far.My only complaint relates to glassware in the room. The housekeeping did not take the used glasses and replace them with clean glasses until I called reception to ask. "
