"We were really impressed with this hotel. The room and general amenities were to a good standard. The staff were excellent. We had a minor issue with our room which was fixed immediately, and the staff were clearly very anxious to sort this without delay - very impressive. Breakfast buffet was good. Overall well worth staying here if you need a bed in the area "

" We were on a tight schedule on arriving after a 7 hour drive , arriving at 18.45 . Literally had to drop our bags and leave. Sadly a new member of staff on reception did not have a clue . Even though he was trying his best . We had 2,rooms and took over 20 minutes to book us in which had been pre paid ??? I asked for him to get help and he said everyone was busy and he had only just started. Very disappointed with check in "

"Arrived around 10 PM, quick check in by very helpful receptionist. first impressions very good.Got to room tired and went stright to bed. Checked room in morning and it looked very tired, the bed base was covered in vinyl leather which was peeling off, cracked and poorly repaired tiles in bathroom and entrance and worn through laminate flooring.
