"Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !"

"Really enjoyed staying here so much that we have booked again for November and February. The rooms are clean and tidy and the beds are comfortable. The staff in the pub are so friendly it was a pleasure to sit and chat with them whilst having a drink. The housekeepers are especially polite and happy to help with anything you may need. "The staff were very friendly. Told us how to get into the property because we arrived past due usual check in time. The room, bathroom and kitchen were very clean and the kitchen was stocked up on breakfast items. I think the only couple of negatives were that the steps up to the door are steep so you do have to watch your step. And the other would be noise, partly from construction nearby which isnt the landlord fault and people coming in and out at various times and the door slamming which...

"From arrival to depature me and my boyfriend went down for two nights, the owners are a lovely couple who run it and are very pleasant, friendly and chatty. They have an onsite bar they open from 6pm until decide to go to bed. They get involved in the conversations and make you feel at home. The rooms are perfect, clean and comfortable, the location is ideal for the Main Street, everything is within 5-15 minute walking distance and taxis only cost about £5 if you don’t want to walk. "Carlton and Stacey were absolutely amazing and their girls too, so friendly and welcoming they made our stay perfect. A stones throw from the beach and main street made getting around so easy. We will definitely be visiting Blackpool again and staying with anyone other than Carlton and Stacey would be a crime. We loved it and we can't wait to see you again. "

"Michael is a gentleman, he was very quick to sort out an issue that arose during my stay. He went out of his way to do all he could to make the stay more relaxed and enjoyable. Please don't think you're paying for a hotel room at this price however, what I got I was more than happy with and while lots of people will complain, you get what you pay for. For Liverpool football fans this place is literally right next door! Look out the windows and you can literally reach out and touch the Stadium! "

"It was good. Room was dusty and mattress cover didn’t fit properly but other than that it was clean. Room position was noisy due to workmen on roof opposite.
