"On arrival, Reception staff very welcoming & helpful. Room was lovely, clean & definitely spacious enough for the the 3 of us. Modern, clean, bright bathroom. Lovely staff at breakfast next morning, very helpful & attentive, with a very satisfying breakfast. Unfortunately, we only had a 1 night stay booked, as we were attending an awards evening, but the whole ambience & setting was fabulous & quirky. "Good stay to visit Liverpool and the Xmas Markets. Easy nearby parking which is discounted, the multi story John Lewis car park is basically across the road. There was a que at check in, but they have self-service machined which we used, was easy and quick but does take the personal touch away. Room was a good size, clean and modern. Had what we needed with a complimentary water, tea/coffee. Good location for the city centre and docks area, did the job. "

"We had a lovely stay and would certainly recommend these hotels. A few thoughts from our stay. The location is excellent and we received a good welcome on arrival. Our room was a very good size. It could have been cleaner, we moved the beds to meet our needs and the floor had lots of stuff on it. All staff were very friendly. We cud have done with more towels (we did ask) and the beds weren’t made brilliantly each day. "

"The staff are a credit to the hotel, it was reading previous reviews about them which was the deciding factor for us in staying at this hotel, i can honestly say everybody was lovely. beds were nicely comfortable. Breakfast had plently of choices. Trams outside the front door. We would happily stay here again when we visit in the summer."
