"This is a beautiful property right on the beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and one gentleman from the front desk was outstanding. However, the property is not really handicapped accessible for the spa. My elderly father who is 92, could not access the spa/sauna/hot tub on the top floor since there is no elevator and requires stairs. "We had a nice stay here 21/03 - 24/03/2025 it’s a solid 7/8 out of 10. We paid a very reasonable price, all the staff were really nice, beds were comfy and clean, pool restaurant/bar was great and it’s a short walk to a beach, restaurants and shops. The view from the rooms is also great, particularly levels 2-6, rooms 16-20 on each level. Things that let it down were: 1. Pool is a big with plenty of sun loungers, but it’s a bit rough a round the edges. Missing and faded tiles, black grout etc....

Two single beds for a couple and with those top up very thing and soft mattress that aren’t really a mattress and are horrible for your back. Bed frames also had breaks that were not working so the frames would also easily move. "Wonderful hotel location, with impeccable check in and initial welcome from desk staff. Elevator convenient and the roof bar was an enjoyable end to a day. We didn’t use the pool, it was too involved in the bar drinkers and blended into bar area as a water feature than for real use. Cleanliness beyond the daily room servicing needs to be addressed throughout the property including stairwells and common areas. The decor in the rooms needs refreshing. "Can't fault the hotel, comfortable stay, good food, friendly staff and always kept clean. The night time is a bit too loud if you want want an early night but apart from that we had a lovely stay."
