"My first time to Gran Canary. Wanted an all inclusive experience for my holiday. So glad I picked this hotel! Worth the money. Absolutely beautiful hotel and grounds. Hotel staff was superb! From the moment I arrived, I felt as if I was treated like the only person there. Everyone is attentive and will go out of their way to make you feel at home. The room was beautiful and clean. Mine overlooked the grounds and gave me unobstructed views of the ocean and sunrise. The bed was extremely comfortable. Each morning I didn’t want to leave the bed as I slept so well! The breakfast buffet was unmatched. Anything and everything you would fancy was available and delicious! Multiple restaurants on site. Three of them you need to book a reservation. Do so before you arrive so you have no issues. I heard some guests complain that they could not eat at a particular restaurant due to lack of availability. I was a solo traveler and it was pretty easy to get squeezed in. I did book a dinner each night once I checked in. However, there are restaurants that don’t need a reservation and one that is buffet style. Cocktails, wine and beer flowed freely! Free activities at the hotel to keep you busy. My only complaint is that I wish spa access to the indoor pool, steam room and sauna was included in your stay. East beach access was a plus. The walking path helped me get some exercise in. The hotel gym is small but has everything you would need. Would absolutely stay again! "

"We loved this hotel, lovely rooms with a nice view of the town. The beds were comfy and a good choice of pillows. We would recommend staying here, and would suggest paying for breakfast as part of the booking, also checkout the roof terrace with fantastic views. All the staff were helpful and cheerful. "

"It was a very enjoyable & comfortable stay for 2 nights. The hotel was renovated after Covid. Bathrooms are modern & excellent. The spa, pool,breakfast & staff were really good. Nice areas to sit & read. Thank you "

"While I appreciated that it was a 'family' hotel, I would have preferred that one of the three pools available was adult-only. The exercise classes (and their 'leaders') were great, the table-waiting and cleaning staff were fabulous, and the food available was always excellent. "

"We were very happy with our choice of hotel, both in terms of proximity to the city centre’s attractions as well as the Playa las Canteras, and for its standard of accommodation & service. Our room was spacious with an excellent shower, plenty of wardrobe space & a large, comfortable bed. All the staff were friendly & professional; we particularly loved the 12th floor rooftop bar- wonderful panoramic views & two attractive areas to sit. "

"Can't fault the hotel, comfortable stay, good food, friendly staff and always kept clean. The night time is a bit too loud if you want want an early night but apart from that we had a lovely stay."
