"The hotel is ideal for the tech savvy traveller but not so good if you don't have a smart phone. Information can only be accessed by QR codes! The rooms were comfortable and well appointed, and the facilities are very good overall. This was our third hotel on our journey around the islands and compared with the other two hotels the staff was less friendly, they were very efficient, just rather business-like. The breakfast was also rather disappointing and not worth €15. Overall, a good place...

"This is a very large, spacious, and beautiful setup that is away enough from the really busy part of the town, but still very reachable. Everything for our stay was excellent."

"The area is peaceful, surrounded by many other beautiful buildings and very well connected. Rooms have good noise insulation and in general in good condition, even though a bit outdated. The staff made sure the rooms were always clean and tidy. There is a pool in the hotel but we never used it because we prefere the sea. There is also a great park nearby with beautiful authentic trees and plants which is great for a morning walk and coffee. Totally recommend it if you want to spend some relaxing...

"Staff was very quick to help. Food was delicious and varied. Many places outside the room to hang out. Coffee was weak and rooms were a bit cold. Staff was quick with extra blankets and a space heater. Gym did not open until 10 am. Earlier would have been better. "

"The majority of staff were really helpful and kind and added to my solo visit. Despite mynoriginal booking needsbbeing clear and speaking in advance with the hotels reservations i was given a room on the 8th floor with mainly a street view on arrival. It was late so i took it. The next i day moved to suit my needs and disabilities. The room was comfortable, but i had to get my AC fixed. Despite being all inclusive it did not include tea/coffee etc in the room and i had to pay extra for this....
