Good warming on the few occasions needed, excellent kitchen, splendid light, easy access, great local cafes, supermarkets, even hardware store, very fine restaurants at all price levels. The very nearby Sanabia Park is absolutely enchanting; we often spent afternoons...

"very modern apartment with comprehensive range of appliances, kitchen utensils and laundry. 5 min walk to Las Ramblas and a further 5 minutes to the pedestrian shopping area. I thoroughly enjoyed my time staying there! (Only negative is the parking is hit and miss - and don't bring a large vehicle as the road is narrow)"
