"Clean, great breakfast choice and fantastic staff. The staff were genuinely helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety, catering to all tastes. The bedrooms were comfortable and of good quality! A minor note: having decaf coffee and tea in the rooms would have been a nice touch. There was some building work happening across the street, but the sound insulation from the windows worked wonders. All in all, we had a lovely time and would definitely come back!...

"There was a dead cockroach on the seat cushion where we were sitting while we were at the breakfast buffet. I informed a supervisor who used a nearby pillow to remove the insect onto the floor that landed under a plant pot (see attached photo). Very disgusting to say the least. Oscar Leboeuf"
