"Loved that they have lockers to store our luggage prior to check-in. Apartment was in pristine condition. With the washer and dryer option we were able to pack lighter. 5 stars for sure! "

"The apartment is beautiful. The kitchen is modern and it has all you need . Both bedrooms are very comfortable as well as beds and pillows. The bathroom is modern and very comfortable as well. I had to talk to the front desk on two occasions and on both the clerks was gracious, courteous and prompt. Excellent accommodations. Strongly recommend!"

"Everything was great including the host, room it self and around the hotel. The only slight issue we had was the smell/odor we had that persisted in the bathroom ...couod be coming from outside. Other than that it was All good "

"It is a bit away from Sevilla center, but bus stop only 5 mins by foot. There are two direct buses to the centre and bus station, which make it convenient for us. We only stay 2 nights. We wish we could stay one more night. There are so many to see in Sevilla. The hotel is bit old but very clean. We have no complaints. Plus the room is spacious with kitchen to cook basic food. Supermarket nearby by foot. We had nice stay there. "

"Amazing! The Cathedral and lots of bars and restaurants are right on your doorstep. The bed was super comfy. We had the pool penthouse and the views were incredible. There were 2 terraces! We knew that coming in November meant that the pool was probably going to be cold but there was an additional terrace with a cabana and little table. The apartment is unmanned but you correspond on WhatsApp and they always replied straight away. I would definitely recommend it and am definitely going to...

"Had a pleasant stay in Seville! The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and great lighting. The property felt very safe and secure, which was reassuring. However, parking was a challenge—they should make it clear that parking is limited and consider offering discounted options. I ended up paying £25 per night to park at a nearby hospital, which wasn’t ideal"

"Nicely remodeled, however the interior on lower floors was a bit dark/ low light. Also kitchen utensils were a bit "lean". The short walk over the bridge to the city center could be considered either a plus or a minus. Very quiet neighborhood. "

Hotel Fernando III Review

"This place was in the perfect location for traveling, as it was close to Seville's famous landmarks. The Seville Cathedral was to the north, and the Alcázar was to the south. Although the Plaza de España was a bit farther away, we enjoyed a pleasant walk there. However, due to Seville's city layout with uneven roads, it's not ideal to carry luggage for long distances. The hotel lobby staff was also very kind and even prepared slippers especially for us."

Excellent Hotel, great location.

"Slightly tricky location to navigate with the car but compensated by the location, right in the heart of the old city, 5 mins to the Cathedral. The valet parking on arrival and check-out was a nice touch. All the staff were super nice, friendly and helpful, without exception. Lovely room with a super king bed, spacious. modern and comfortable. Great shower, nice toiletries, big fluffy towels! Breakfast offering is EXCELLENT, everything you can think of and great quality. Would return in a heart beat. "
