"Food was plentiful and very good quality apart from giant prawns which unfortunately on one evening were not cleaned inside. This can be dangerous and is a health hazard. Apart from that cannot fault hotel. Staff very courteous and helpful. Overall a lovely stay and we would definitely return"

"There’s no gym or spa as advertised. You have to exit the hotel grounds and go to a separate company next door and pay. Also, the Wi-Fi is terrible. On the plus side, the breakfast was great and the staff really helpful. Cleanliness was immaculate."

"We loved our stay here as a family of four. The staff were so friendly and helpful and could not do more for us. I would personally steer away from the restaurant and breakfast, it’s over priced and it’s not that good. Go out for dinner and grocery store your own breakfast. Other than that tho it was perfect! "Beautiful setting, very well kept gardens with varied and exotic pants, great landscaping and picturesque buildings set on a side of a cliff. Inside the accommodation is a little dated but well kept. "

"There is currently building work going on at the hotel which we were not made aware of prior to our trip. The lift near our apartment was being upgraded and the whole street is being resurfaced. The actual hotel rooms are great (albeit out dated) with big balconies over looking the sea. Amazing views. Uncomfortable beds. Great showers. Amazing breakfast. Lovely friendly staff. "

"Second time at GF Isabel and fully enjoyed it again! The buffet breakfast is fantastic, and meets all dietary requirements. The pool is lovely and the sunbeds/umbrellas are plentiful, no need for the early morning towel dash! Shops and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk. Will be back!"

"Fab property with super helpful staff. Really clean and well kept. Lovely food too. Location is peaceful but is up a very steep hill. Easy ish walk form to shops and bars and taxis are easy to get back up the hill for about 5 euros - money well spent. We will def go back. "
