"My boyfriend and I booked this resort for 4 nights but had to cut it shorter due to family emergency. The resort staff was very accommodating and very helpful, did not hesitate to book our return and make things easier for us. The room was very clean and tidy, modern bathroom and the AC was pumping at max. We could not have asked for a better resort staff, so friendly and caring people. We will 100% return to this resort in the future."

"Overall we had a good stay. Food was good, if sometimes a bit unusual. It was the beginning of the season and the hotel was pretty empty. Even so we had to push hard for a room upgrade (being one key premium and there being plenty of rooms available), it was not offered freely. The service was all smiles but not very slick, put this down to it being start of season. Also pool was a bit green, making us not want to go in it, we mentioned this but got a shrug of the shoulders from the manager....

"Due to a huge flight delay, we did not arrive until 4:00am. We called the hotel from Korea and notified staff of our very late arrival. They held our rooms and were ready for us when we arrived. We really appreciated their help with all of our luggage! The room was comfortable with AC that worked terrifically. We stayed in a villa next to the pool and enjoyed sitting in the chaise lounges each morning. Breakfast was awesome with a good variety. Make sure to visit the pool on the top...

The event overtook the pool area with blaring music and screaming girls for over 5 hours, making it unusable. To make matters worse, we discovered uncleaned feces behind the toilet in our room and rats scurrying around the main pool area. "This place is so disappointing, dirty and disgusting. Both the hotel and surrounding area are unfinished and unfit for paying guests at this time. The pool wasn’t ready, the sun beds hadn’t arrived from China, the lifts were broken so we had to trek through the building site to use the filthy dirty service elevator with the dirty washing and building materials that were being moved around. This place simply should not be open at this time. I am In the process of claiming back a full refund....
