"Excellent location from pier (ferries) and in the beach. Lovely rooms with good AC. Beds are super firm (if you like this) and the only negative is the lack of hot/warm water but it’s so hot it’s not a huge issue! Highly recommend!"

"Stayed in a treehouse. They are rustic but also very dated and in need of a refurb. It looks like work may be about to start on that soon though. Disappointed to see the amount of rubbish in the water, mainly plastic waste. The accommodation is very rustic but also very basic but I would recommend people visit. "

"My boyfriend and I booked this resort for 4 nights but had to cut it shorter due to family emergency. The resort staff was very accommodating and very helpful, did not hesitate to book our return and make things easier for us. The room was very clean and tidy, modern bathroom and the AC was pumping at max. We could not have asked for a better resort staff, so friendly and caring people. We will 100% return to this resort in the future."

"Upon check-in the staff was extremely unhelpful. They apparently have reservations issues and even though I had a copy of my confirmation, they still couldn't check me in. It took them an hour to resolve the issue. Then I was given a room that was under construction and had no TV, even though my booking showed a TV. I asked several times for a TV with no luck. They even made me show them my booking again to prove there was supposed to be a TV. There were Roosters and dogs next to the rooms and the noise started everyday at 4:00 a.m. those were just some of the many issues."

"It’s really hard to fault this hotel…it’s practically perfect in every way. The resort is beautiful and natural, it fits so well into its beach location. The eco practices are spot on…the beach was full of fish swimming around you in the jade green waters, geckos were abundant and listening to the frogs, along with the waves on the beach is a wonderful way to fall to sleep. Both restaurants were beautiful offering great f & b…my partner especially loved the eggs Benedict made to order. Two minor criticisms (and I stress they are minor) are that there was no full length mirror in our room and that sun lounges by the pool were not in sync with the style/comfort of the rest of the resort. In finality this resort has become one of our favs and we cannot wait to return.."

"We had a wonderful five nights at this hotel. It is ideally located on an amazing white beach that is quite and does not have lots of backpackers and bars. The staff were excellent and sorted out a number of issues we had with our travel arrangement. Finally Koh Rong is definitely worth visiting for a relaxing and rejuvenating break.
