"This was a perfect island get away. The staff was exceptional. The owners were involved. More like a family affair with a wonderful community feel. Over the Holidays they organized games in the restaurant to include everyone (I was solo and never felt left out). I even had a medical issue and the owner and a local pulled me aside and gave me some excellent and very timely information that saved me from some real problems. "The beach was very rough due to the storms and not one of the nicest beaches on Koh Rong. I wish the resort had a gym. The restaurant was great. The food was reasonably priced and very good. "Booked two bungalows here for a short trip. On arrival we were informed that the bungalows were closed during low season for renovation. The owner told us we had to contact hotels.com for a refund. We had to leave the area to find alternative accommodation for our stay. Through contact with hotels.com the bungalows have refused to refund our money. Absolute scam. Do not stay here."
