"I've stayed here before. The location is PERFECT. The rooms are OK and it was nice to see they had added a coffee pot to the rooms. Stayed in #10. It could use a curtain on the bathroom window and curtains on the small windows to either side of the main door. Someone walking up to the porche could just look right in. "Friendly owners. I told them I was unwell and they wanted to get me medicine and things. They helped me with the ac remote as I struggle to use them. The tours they offer are good the people running them are very down to earth. There’s two cute dogs at the reception and they have electrolytes in the room that I found a nice caring touch. "The accommodation was at the far end of the beach in a quiet location. A beach taxi was available for you and your luggage. There was a decent food menu available and all staff were pleasant. Overall a pleasant stay with a nice sandy beach and walking distance to several others. Plenty of eating choices along the beach including an excellent barbecue."

"Property not clean but staff friendly. Location OK, 5 minute walk from a beach. Would not recommend Sihanoukville as a place to visit. Big city, very Chinese. Unfinished buildings everywhere. Road from Koh Kong is horrendous. 5.5 hour trip of which 3.5-4 hours is on dirt/gravel"

"We enjoyed our stay in this hotel it was clean, kid friendly, spacious,modern & friendly cleaning crew. We had a toddler with us and it was very comfortable , we enjoyed the pool that was included and the beach was right across the hotel so it made it very convenient. Definitely recommend "
