"This was an amazing stay in Gatlinburg! We are already looking forward to our next stay here. The room was excellent! Perfectly clean and up to-date. The bathroom was huge as well as the shower itself. We had no problem sleeping in the very comfortable bed. Everything you need is right on the property or a very short walk. This is a great place to stay conveniently located at the beginning of the Gatlinburg strip near the aquarium. "

"We stayed in a partial view room which had a lovely view of the mountains. The hotel itself was nice and fun for the whole family. The food was decent from the restaurants on site and were extremely convenient for us if you ignore how expensive it was. The hotel is only like a 2min drive from the attractions but the trolly picks up at the hotel so you don’t have to drive anywhere. The pool was awesome for the kids, however be prepared to scrape your knees on the bottom of the pool if you use the slide. The water is only 3.5ft at the bottom of the slide so my kids ended up with scraped knees and elbows. There is a part of the pool that is 5ft so I don’t really understand why the slide dumps in to the shallow end. I’d also suggest that you hold on tight to your belongings because the hotels process of lost and found seems to be extremely disconnected between departments. We dropped my daughter’s jacket at check in and it was turned in to the receptionist. However, the hotel can’t seem to locate the jacket. It was below 30 degrees while we were there so that was extremely inconvenient. Especially because I know that they have the jacket. Other than that, overall our experience was satisfactory and we would definitely stay here again. "
