"Wonderful traditional hotel n the heart of Cheltenham.. "

"It is a nice hotel in a good location with some faded glamour to it. Great sized room, though it is a bit of a walk if your room is in the 400s! The big down side was the Spa was very much in need of repair, showers out of order, toilets as well. Also if you want treatments make sure you book them before you arrive, there is very limited space."

"I had stayed here before several times and it was looking shabby about 4 years ago. But since the refit it looks good. Staff were welcoming and helpful, the rooms clean, warm and bright. Sometimes in hotels the rooms are a bit dim to make it cosy or I think to save on electricity but not here. The room compliments were free not always the case at other hotels. I have stayed in hotels were it’s £200 per night and they charge £5.00 for a bottle of water. Well done Holiday Inn Filton a great stay…...

"One night stay on busy itinerary in from Spain (home) via BHX. Next day to LHR to fly to Brazil. Seeing my son (Bristol Uni Med student) on elective in Cheltenham for the evening. "

"We stayed the night ahead of spa treatments we had booked. Rather surprised to be asked for a deposit against damage to the room! Otherwise staff friendly and replied promptly to a request to ensure a twin room which was spacious and clean."
