"Beautiful hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and nice, rooms were a good size and location was excellent. Only minor complaint is that from the metro level, you need to go up a few elevators to go to your room, just a minor inconvenience. "

The staff were really helpful and kind even with the language barrier, but both sides managed to make it work with google translate. I was stressing about the best way to send our luggage to our next hotel in Tokyo and the receptionist was really helpful organising Yamoto. The breakfast was also really nice. "

"Quiet,clean and conveniently located next to a station and 7 eleven. Whilst the rooms are small, they have everything you need and are set out well. Excellent staff that go out of their way to assist and even organised our bags to be transferred from Osaka to Tokyo. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel is relatively new and impeccably clean. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Access to the public bath and sauna is a great way to unwind at the end of the day. The breakfast is excellent, though it leans heavily on traditional options and does not include bread. Highly recommended! Will certainly book again if in the area. "

"This is my favourite hotel in the city. They are courteous and professional. Location is amazing. Early check in was extremely appreciated. They have the kindest staff ever and across from amazing toy stores. Thank you Citadines for always being amazing. I have now stayed here every year for three straight years and I cannot wait to return. Also had the breakfast buffet this time and I had to stop myself from eating more of that kare. "
