"The property is In a very convenient location in downtown Auckland. It is walkable to restaurants, shopping, the ferry terminal, and most things that any tourist would need. The staff were attentive and very flexible with our needs. An excellent option for those Who don’t want to pay a fortune, but stay in an exceptional place."

"The location is close to Sky City Tower and a short walk to the harbour. Excellent breakfast and dinner options. Service was excellent. However, the room was too warm, the aircon took a long time to cool it down and I couldn't leave it on overnight because it was too noisy. I had to do a lot of online conference meetings and the lighting in the room was not great. I"

"Overall stay was ok but it was disappointing that the room was not clean when we return in the late afternoon. It probably has to do that it is a dense population but it didn’t help the situation. As the clean up the day before wasn’t ideal as well as the coffee cups and glasses were not washed as well. Other than that, the location is central and convenient to get around . Plenty of food options "
