"Yotel has all the essentials we need for our 3 days stay."

"We loved our stay in Singapore and the Furama suited our needs. We appreciated the breakfast buffet and the kids playground on the main floor. We also enjoyed the pool facilities and made use of the laundry room too. We knew upon check in that the room Would only be serviced after the third night of stay, but at a minimum I requested that the bins were emptied daily due to one of my children still needing nappies (and who wants the smells for all that time?) This wasn’t done however, and we had to ring to get the bins emptied on the 4th day. I think 3 days between room servicing for a ‘hotel’ is probably too long. "

"Very good hotel."

"This is the second time at this hotel. It is centrally located and very close to the MTR. The staff were able to accommodate my request to have a room with the same outook as last year. It is very much a self service hotel with some staff to help. My room was good with a nice view. The bed was comfy. One negative was that the hot water wasn't that hot in my room on 14th floor and the shower head couldn't be adjusted for height so I had to hand hold the shower head. There were only basic amenities, no conditioner or body lotion but that was a minor drawback. Overall the stay was great, with excellent value for money, and I will return next year."

"I really liked the size and decore of the room. Room was very spacious with comfortable beds and air conditioner worked well. Staff very efficient and moved me to another room when there was an issue. Staff are attentive, approachable and professional. Lovely big pool with a pool bar close by."
