"Everything was great, except thwt we had to change rooms because the window wouldn't close all the way and there was a gap on the wall that let noises and heat come in the room. It all made the room noisy. Second room worked out great. Staff was fantastic and super helpful!"

"The room and hotel was good for a short stay. I think the only thing that was difficult was the fact that the room was “smart” and certain actions (opening/closing curtains, some light switches, room features) only worked through Alexa. I don’t speak Portuguese, so I had to use google translate to close the curtains or turn on certain lights for me. I wished I could just do these things myself."
