"Convenient central hotel with a nice breakfast and good front desk service (they spoke German and English as well as ,of course, Portuguese). Easy to get cabs from here and and also walk to the subway. Air conditioner in room occasionally dripped water, might need servicing. Nice views from the higher floors."

"They didn’t let us check in early after I explained to him I paid for 2 nights but leaving one day earlier due to my 7pm flight , so we left our bags at the front desk for a fee. When it was time to the check in at 2pm, the line was out the door and it took them forever to check people in. No other hotel during our trip had this long of a check in . Horrible. "This is a good option to stay around Guarulhos airport. If you are lucky your room will be in the new wing of the hotel, where it's not noisy. Since they deal with a lot of disgruntled guests whose flights were cancelled and were given vouchers for the hotel stay, staff are professional but not overly friendly. Our pet accompanied us and it was a fee of 90 reais (about US$13). Good breakfast from 5am onwards. Book your bus ride to airport once you check in. I would consider staying there again. "

"I stayed at this property on a recommendation of my friend who stayed here before. I stayed 10 nights here. I found the property really clean. The refilled the snacks and drinks daily. Staffs were and humble. Although English wasn’t fluent, we communicated none the less. I only had a chance to eat the breakfast on my last day of my stay because of my schedule, but it was pretty good. Staffs were available 24/7. They were accommodating. "The property is in very good shape. The employees are courteous. Just beware that when you see the picture for the twin bed it’s 2 twin beds. It’s not a full or a queen with a twin little bed .Strange for an upscale hotel to have two twin beds in a room, but I guess it’s Brazil. "
