"The check in was easy and fast. The room did have a good air flow on the A/C and we had to call maintenance. Also, it was very annoying not being able to have friends or family over. Also it would be easier and faster getting the towels at the pool on the rooftop instead of having to go to the front desk to pickup and drop off the towels."
