"The lady that checked us in was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Any staff member we met was lovely. Only issue we had was a delay with a meal but it was dealt with in a satisfactory manor. Would definitely recommended to a friend and I would stay here again "

"Staff very pleasent & helpful, room a decent size with a comfortable bed & pillows, overhead shower was brilliant & loved that the room had the iron & ironing board readily available in the room. Wished there had of been 2 chairs in the room as there were 2 of us in a double room. Had to ask for tea, coffee & biscuits to be sent to the room as housekeeping had forgotten to leave any but this was sorted straight away.
