"Overall was better than expected although the window of n my room was small, high up & made the room cell like. The toiletries were good quality, the room looked nice & breakfast was nice reasonable although they had no vegetarian sausages. Although the rooms decor was good overall there were 2 things that let it down, firstly there was nowhere to hang anything as the wardrobe had no hangers and there was no hook behind the door for a coat, secondly & more importantly the bed was terrible...

We stayed here as an inbetween location from home to the AO arena as we didnt fancy staying in the city. Food was decent as was the beer. Would stay here again if we went to another concert "

"There was a very friendly and helpful welcome from Jackie, the manager. The room was tidy, clean with an extremely comfortable bed. You need to watch your head on the beams in that room but it has superb views and was both warm and remarkably quiet for a pub. Recommended"
