"I spent my birthday week at Princess Senses the Mangrove on the Platinum side. It started out rough with the airline delaying our flight, interfering with our arrival date, then losing our luggages. Although, that had absolutely nothing to do with the resort. It had just the right amount of party and quiet time during appropriate times with just the right amount of people where it wasn't too crowded nor too boring. The staff was great and our butlers, Neisano and Dennis, were extremely awesome...

"Will never EVER CONSIDER staying here again and I will never advise family or friends to come to this property. Poor communication, no cable no pool no remote for the TV. The television that they did have was broken doors open and shut all night by themselves or the wind. If you let them tell it you have to bring your own tissue. You have to bring your own Wi-Fi for Internet fire stick you had to bring your own trash bags, Netflix it was not up to par for anything other than having a roof over...

"Worst experience I have ever had. I been traveling for years and have been to 39 countries. This was by far the worst stay I’ve had. The owner of this property has his mom (Neema) running this place and she was the worst part of the experience. She is super mean and talks to you like you’re dumb. We stayed here for my sisters wedding and everything that was promised was a scam. She says one thing and does another. We ordered a private chef and she ended up trying to send us premade breakfast....
