"The property was, sort of, like we remembered. We had been there several times before. Upon arrival, we were very pleased with our room. We had a Camelback room, facing the pool, so that was perfect. The room was clean and relatively quiet for sleeping. We chose not to have maid service, since we were in and out a lot. "The Omni Hotel was excellent in so many ways. It is the perfect balance of style and comfort with all the amenities needed. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable, modern, and well designed. Having a coffee shop and restaurant was a huge bonus and convenient. The location is great with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. "Housekeeping forgot to replenish coffee pods, coffee cups, removed used soap and did not replenish. Changed a couple towels but forgot hand towels. Very noisy. Street traffic and a hospital close by. Beautiful grounds, architecture and lighting. Beautiful pool, but definitely not for swimming. Too shallow. 4 ft at the center, 2 feet at the ends. "

"Everything is perfect! The grounds are always clean and lush w beautiful flowers and trees. The rooms are excellent. The balcony is great to just relax. The staff is very friendly. "

The staff are very friendly, service is great, our meals were delicious, the views cannot be beat, and I had the best massage from Cristina at the spa! Oh, the sundries store even had my brand of makeup removing wipes. This is a two thumbs up! "

"We didn’t have much time at the hotel given we arrived late and flew out early but there are no general complaints. The cable was out during our stay so we didn’t get to enjoy any tv but that really wasn’t the end of the world. Convenient location to the airport and shuttles that run around the clock made for a great experience."

"Bar by pool was very good. We had to wait an hour after checkin for our room but they gave us a small credit. Parking was a little far away from our room because they had an event being held in parking lot the next morning. Room was nice and it had a nice balcony to sit out on. Directly above our room was the rooftop bar so we heard chairs and tables being moved around a lot. "
