"Our stay here was nice, the hotel is clean and staff is friendly. However the Wi-Fi is atrocious, if you need to work on your computer or want to play games online I would advise finding somewhere else to stay it was constantly disconnecting and when it was connected was very slow. My girlfriend has also stayed here before with the same issue so it was not a 1 time thing. Also they do not take a lot of cards if they aren't connected to a major bank."

"It’s old and showing its age, but it’s fairly clean. Carpets and sofa pillows were a bit dirty. Mattress wasn’t very comfortable. Mattress in foldout sofa was terrible! They are doing renovations now, so it’ll get better. But overall it was safe, quiet, and there was a nice breakfast spread."

"The service was excellent, check-in was efficient. The bed was a bit small and not very comfortable; but it was fine. I wanted to stay at this hotel because it is old and historic; so it was what I expected! The bathroom is dated, but everything was clean. We stayed because we went to a comedy show at Footprint Center. It was an excellent place to stay in walking distance to basketball & baseball & restaurants."

"5 minutes from airport, super convenient. Restaurant had excellent food and quick service. The front desk offered to have a taxi drop us at the airport since their shuttle starts at 4am and we needed to be at the airport by 3am…on their account at no charge to us. I was shocked to receive such excellent customer service at every turn at this hotel. Will definitely be back and recommend to others as well."
