When calling for 21° and it doesn’t go down below 24.5° it does not work. He said turn fan on and that would help. Multiple calls made for this and no one cared or fixed it or changed rooms for us. Very disappointing, every night we could not sleep, the room are also very small and cramped for family of 4 "
