"It's situated right off the main road and the beach, so I didn't need my car until I was ready to leave town. Very quiet, the 3 staff members I talked with were friendly and helpful, and the room was a bit more spacious than I expected. If I'm ever back in Paihia I'll stay here again."

Breakfast basic but standard selection Again a little money spent could make this great. Rooms upstairs loud if you are on the ground floor I was woken at 4am and 6am. A gym would be great too"

Good facilities but have been unloved for a while so new owners will spruce things up and it’ll be a gem….we will come back again and in summer to enjoy the pool. Only criticism would be no heat pumps but there were adequate heaters and extra bedding. Great location close to city centre. Would stay again"
