"First off, the location of this resort is probably the best on the island other than proximity to snorkeling, that is a few miles away. It is incredibly quiet at night around the resort. We returned to this resort as it is great for kids with close proximity between pool, rooms and fabulous beach. The staff is generally friendly especially the security and pool staff, though felt the front desk staff could be a bit more welcoming and helpful. "Perfectly located in the center of Grace Bay, Villa Renaissance checked all the boxes for us. Like many "resorts" there, Villa Renaissance condos are privately owned. Ours was a two bedroom with a garden view (Unit 604). The unit was exceptionally clean with staff coming everyday to keep it that way. Tons of towels, well equipped kitchen, coffee on hand, etc. made it incredibly convenient. Beds were very comfortable with great pillows. Good closet space with even robes being supplied. ...

He was so warm and welcoming and was always available to us if/when we needed something. Our rooms were gorgeous with everything you could possibly need.
