"Some cup in the room was dirty. Only one water was provided at last day where as supposed to be two. Sheets had stain where I can see obviously. So the house keeper seems to have small issue In general very good hotel. Thank you"

"Wounderful stay gave us a tour of place and area when we got there. Loved the resturants, hair salon, laundromat, and bus/train station nearby. Not far ride by train or bus to see the shibuya crossing or sumo. Perfect stay for our little 3 people family. Great place to rest after long day running around. "

"We really had a pleasant stay at Oak stay shibuya. it was a clean and modern room and the unit size was more bigger than most of city center hotels in tokyo. The apartment is located in a convenient area of tokyo. only 2 min by train to Shinjuku station and 7min walk to hatsudai station from the apartment. lots of good local cafe and restaurants near there within a short walk. the host jacob was really kind friendly and attentive. "

"I would highly book! My friends and I got this hotel and the hospitality was amazing by our host Jacob! It has an abundance of area to explore the neighborhood is very beautiful many stores and unique stuff that will surprise you! I will be going back here again ! If you ask him suggestions or places to go/eat he will not disappoint! Let bro cook but in honesty I think this place is a hidden gem! I hope he gets as many customers in the near future ! 10/10 experience would go again "

"The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, and Sario Puroland. However, it is a bit dated. There is no side table by the beds. I am surprised that they do not have a coffee maker in the room. The air-conditioning in our Hello Kitty room wasn't working so it got a bit stuffy during the night."
