"Quiet"

"The property is amazing, i was upgraded to royal upon arrival. The room is very large with all aminities u want, (massage chair, jackuzi, sauna, steam, out door hot tub) they provide basic in room breakfast but was not bad. The only problem i had was that the property is far from city center and transportation was not that easy or the best, but i knew this before and was okay with the idea."

"There were some stains on the bed skirt (looked like lipstick) and some dust between the sheets. But overall very clean. Front desk was availabile 24hrs and were very helpful and resourceful. Very nice and big room."

"the room is very spacious. be warned that it is a couples hotel but overall my bf and i enjoyed the hotel room. the room we had, had a ‘all you can drink beer’ faucet which my bf loved. the area is inconvenient because the nearest train station is about 17 mins by walk, but not unbearably bad. we did notice pubic hair under the sheets, but that was the only thing that was unclean. stuff like amenities were free as long as you bring them back to the front desk area. all and all, would come back...

"Not the greatest place to stay at in Kyoto. - The closest rail station (Fushimi) is about a 15-20 minute walk. - The hotel room is dirty. We got non-smoking and they delivered on that (no smell). But the carpet in our room had clear dirty spots and so did the ceiling. - Standard washroom amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body soap etc - Can't refuse room service it seems -Size of the room was good"

"This was our favourite hotel of our trip. The outside is fairly grand, although it is pretty much in the middle of nowhere. There is a couple of convenience stores within a ten-minute walk, but not really any restaurants we could see. There are other grand hotels in the vicinity. The reception was equipped with some comfortable seats and booths, as well as the “menu” of rooms, where you see photos and categories of the rooms available. "It is a " love hotel " which it doesnt tell you on expedia , and the location is far away from everything including the train ( 2km) 30 min walk . But as a hotel it was great !! Clean and cleaned every day clean towels , sheets, a Great jacuzzi tub and a good shower . Everything you could want in a room. Big bed , big screen tv , karaoke and a fridge , microwave , a stand up fan good , and good air conditioning . Honestly its an amazing room for the price . But it is a love hotel ."
