"Staff lovely, food great dinner and breakfast, well decorated and comfortable, very dog friendly. Only negative comment was tv bracket placement in room-hardly faced bed😂but we managed!! Room 217. View from room was good across rooftops and fields"

"What a fabulous place to stay. Accommodation was separate to main building. The staff were extremely helpful. Open fire was roaring when we got up for a first class breakfast. A little hidden gem in a beautiful village. "

"Quite a nice quiet place but not worth anything like what they charge. There were stains on the bed covers which they came and changed straight away. Breakfast wasn't worth bothering with, hardly anything there on the continental option, we waited a while for drinks that didnt come so we gave up and left."

Great touch with having a toaster on the table to toast the delicious bread and enjoy the marmalade. Breakfast was efficient with no waiting. Liz and John have a delightful place for a stay."
