Ive just had a Valentine's break here and it has been lovely. The staff were friendly. I felt completely relaxed. Loved the pool and the Spa. It was in a beautiful locatio overlooking the golf course. Very reasonably priced. Would come back again. Also very child friendly.

Lovely stay! Rooms were very clean, food was absolutely lovely, the only thing i would change is the layout in the dining area for getting teas and coffees at breakfast as it was very congested and not enough space to get your drinks! but apart from this i would definitely stay here again! Many thanks for a nice chilled out stay.

Had a very nice deluxe room, although there was a short flight of stairs to reach the room. Service in the restaurant could have been better but no problems with the food.

Was really convenient for visiting Snape Maltings for an evening concert. Room overlooking the golf course was clean and quiet, plenty of parking on site, would certainly use as a base for visiting an outstandingly beautiful are of Suffolk again in the near future.

Sadly there was power cut throughout the entire venue which resulted in no hot food being available. After waiting for an hour for a sandwich the staff still wanted to charge full price and add a tip to the bill. They didn’t seem to understand anything from a customer perspective and how patient people in the restaurant were having to be.

For the price this was a reasonable stay. It could be so much better if there was a real deep clean of the spa and changing room areas.
