"We were lucky enough to have a large room in the original building. The shower was amazing and the well stocked snack station on our floor was a real treat. Lots of choice for breakfast and staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Good gluten free provision for coeliacs too. "

Whilst the hotel looks very nice in the pictures, there were some let-downs that did not meet expectations:- Towel rail and key slot to enable room electrics were broken. Towel rail could not be fixed so towels could not be dried. Several rooms nearby had multiple dogs in that were barking loudly for a lot of the time. "Had a great weekend break with family. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Used the steam room and jacuzzi to relax after a long drive. Great choice of breakfast including gluten-free options. Not walking distance to shops but only a short drive away. Definitely recommend it and would stay here again."

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Due to a football arriving at the same time as me i was upgraded to a suite. Althought i appreciated that it was to help me get to my room faster, the suite was way past its best. It was also in need of a good deep clean as there were stains everywhere. "Bustling restaurant for the morning and evening. Food was good, but dinner price might be a bit high (but thats mainly due to the country's rising cost and inflation). Room was great, modern, comfortable, clean. Questionable shower design that might lead to small puddles outside due to the cubicle is risen and the inner drainage is shallow, plus not much of a screen to contain water bouncing off the inner cubicle to the outer floor.
