"The hotel on arrival had a clean look with a pleasant perfume smell. The front desk service and booking in was quick and well explained. The room was clean warm and well presented with spare pillow's if needed. The swimming pool is heated and the gym is properly equipped. The menu is typical of a chain hotel. "

"I've stayed here before and after a second trip I feel I can make a fair assessment. The room was fairly newly decorated, neutral, comfy and clean. Walls very thin though TV was great, you can screen mirror from your phone or tablet which made our movie night. Bathroom was dated and shower desperately needs updating along with improved water pressure. Ladies we need a movable shower head don't we? Fan didn't work with no bathroom window which isn't ideal (room 302). The showers in the club...

"We stayed here for one night. Rooms were modern and very clean. Food in the bar was lovely with fantastic service. Breakfast had lots of choice and was hot and delicious. Fully enjoyable stay. Will be returning. "

"We had a very good welcome when we arrived late due to a wedding we were attending. Quick and efficient check-in. Rooms were generally good, although the shower had signs of orange bacteria and some black mould on the ceiling. The bottom of the shower door and sealant around it was tatty and looked dirty, so much so that I didn’t want to use it.
