"Hotel situato a metà strada, circa, tra stazione dei treni e centro città, quindi comodissimo per chi viaggia in treno. La nostra stanza era al terzo piano ed era grande, pulita e silenziosa. Colazione varia ed abbondante. Personale cortese ed educatissimo. Le piccole imperfezioni sono state prontamente risolte...ci tornerei."

The only reason I didn’t give it 5stars is because the shower didn’t have sufficient hot water one morning. Often, this would bother me more but because everything else was SO good, it paled into insignificance!! The staff were also particularly accommodating and hospitable. Many thanks!"

"Phi hotel is right in the heart of the old town, within a few minutes walk to the main square. We stayed at an annexed apartment that's really spacious, with a kitchen, two bedrooms and bathrooms. The is parking for an additional fee, it's very tight and I had to be very careful to get in and out. However, a hotel staff was there to provide guidance which was a big help. We didn't need the car while we stayed at the hotel, and walked everywhere since it's so close to the old town center. I'd...

"The Palazzo is a very well designed spa resort in a pretty area with excellent dining options. The staff is generally friendly and very helpful and we had excellent dinners and massages. The maitre d in the restaurant in the mornings was very good natured and helpful in providing me with take out coffee for my wife who likes to stay in bed to drink her coffee. "Beds weren’t stiff, water pressure was good, Wifi kept dropping out every few minutes which was very annoying and Buffet breakfast was very average."
