"This is the cleanest place that I ever been. Spotless. The place is closed to all major tourist attractions, restaurants and shops. The staff very friendly. If I go back to Bologna will stay here again. Many thanks. 👍👍"

"Need updating shower was broken sink block badly design walk in shower flooded the room when you had a shower. Owner hardly speak English and not welcoming for the price you pay is alright somewhere to sleep for a night. Towel like bed sheets. Cleaner was very helpful though. "

"This hotel is basic for a short stay. The room is clean and the concierge workers are friendly and nice. My only complaint is that I was in room 102, right by the garden in the back and some boys were staying there late at night, making a lot of noise. It disturbed my sleep a lot. I told the concierge but he doesn’t seem to be able to do anything about it. So for future guests, do not let them put you in any room that is near the garden. That was a terrible experience for me. If I could speak...

"A good, simple room that’s perfect to crash in the midst of exploring the city. Location is perfect: 15mins walk from both the center of Old Town and the train station too. Also a lot of cafes, supermarkets, pizzerias, etc. in the area."

"Everything was fine. The managers were helpful and responded immediately to all questions and requests. There was a supermarket right across the street and a bus stop for central Florence quite close. HOWEVER, for me the place was too noisy at night up until after midnight some nights. I didn't sleep well there even with ear plugs.Nothing the managers could help: late arrivals, doors slamming, people talking loudly in the hallways and so on. If not for that, I would stay there again"

"I booked a room with private bath, but, when arrived had to insist on it as they had me in without one. Took much longer to get to any of sights than listed on line. Traffic noise so loud at night I couldn't sleep. I went next door for coffee and bakery goods, instead of coffee from machine and commercially packaged items served. Staff was helpful."
