Excellent location, room is big enough, bed is really comfortable, breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I've had in Italy, my only issue was with the air conditioner that wouldn't turn on at first, then someone from the lobby helped me get it running but after about 1-2 hours it went back to not working, left the window open (thankfully the temperature was good outside) but then the noise grows exponentially which makes it a bit difficult to fall asleep.

Ideally situated for exploring Bologna.The rooms were comfortable and clean. Delicious breakfast with a wide choice, served in the beautiful garden. The receptionist was extremly helpful, with good recommendations for dinner. Would like to go back again for more than two nights.

Hotel is generally nice. Staff were friendly and breakfast was very good. Our room had some issues including the light going in the bathroom late at night, charging ports not compatible with more modern eu adapters and the bed sheet having a tear and a large mark on it.

Avoid top floor rooms but otherwise lovely
Hotel was lovely and in a good location however, we stayed in room 209 which was big but had some sort of hotel staff rooms above it. The ceilings are thin so whenever anyone walked up there (a lot of heels on wooden floors?) you could hear it very loudly and you could hear dust dropping within the ceiling. Frustrating when it's occurring late at night and at 6am in the morning as well as any chatter. So unfortunately we didn't sleep well. Hotel breakfast was okay and all else looked good and service was great.
