Excellent hotel for bologna
This seemed like a business hotel but is a great hotel, situated on the outskirts of bologna. If you have a car it is excellent location for driving to Bologna, Florence, Pisa, Verona and Venice as this is close to the motorway. Good breakfast and plenty of free parking on site. The room was excellent as we had a new room with 2 double beds. It has a nice indoor mall with a supermarket just behind the hotel within 5 minutes walk. Also has Macdonalds and Burger King in the mall along with other eateries. Only downside was the weather and time of year meant we couldn't apprecaite the pool area

Hotel a little bit tired. Have to pay for pool towels and pool umbrellas even as guests. Paper cups in the rooms for tea and coffee was not a 4 star hotel thing... Restaurant was great for breakfast, but overpriced and poor service for dinner. Did the job but not a 4 star hotel.

Very friendly staff to welcome us and help us during the stay. The rooms were a bit worn out, and the same can be said on the beachvolleyball course and the tennis court. Very good food both at the breakfast and during lunch and dinner. A small shoppingcenter next to the hotel and easy to get a cab to the city centre

Great hotel but if you plan to do things transportation is lacking. It is 30 min walk to the train station and 20 minute walk to the bus. Best to book if you are renting a car or will take taxi/uber

The property is in a good position just outside Bologna, just a 15 min cab ride from the city centre. Some of the facilities were not open (pool) due to the time of year. The food in the restaurant was very good and the buffet breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would use the hotel again.

Modern hotel just outside of Bologna. We chose this place for the pool which was lovely and the tennis courts which need attention. What frustrated us here was that they charge extra for every facility. Water bottles and soda in the room, charge. You want to sit on a chair at the pool? Charge. You want to sit under an umbrella by the pool? Charge. You want to play a round of tennis? Charge. These amenities should be included in the cost of a nightly stay. Also, 2 of the 3 nights we stayed, granted it was the weekend, there were loud parties at the pool area until 2:00am so difficult to get a good nights sleep. Ask for a room not facing the pool to avoid this.

The pool area was really nice and the people (both reception and bar) were friendly and service minded. Cleaning was not every day - even if you put up a notice that the room needed cleaning. Elevators were not working all the time, the fridge in our room was out of order and the windows were not quite tight. Also, there was a lot of noise from other guests. Breakfast was okay, and lunch/dinner was nice, if a bit expensive. The hotel is out of town, so you do need to have a car.

The hotel urgently needs a renovation ! The air-conditioning in our room did not work. Contacting the front desk, we were told, that there is nothing they can do and were sent away. Although rooms were available for the time of our stay through the internet, we were told that the hotel was fully booked, technicans cannot help and there was no manager on premises. Even the question, whether we could possibly have fan or anything else was rejected. No place to be recommended

Immer wieder gerne :)
Zimmer war rollstuhlgängig. Lavabo daher etwas tief. Personal war sehr freundlich! Eine defekte Steckdose wurde sofort ausgewechselt! Einfach Topservice! Frühstück eher durchschnittlich, aber gut. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Wir werden wieder in dieses Hotel gehen, wenn wir wieder einmal in Bologna sein werden.
