"This hotel is definitely a good choice for those who want to explore Niagara Falls. My objective rating is 4 stars, because there are pros and cons. Pros: 1. Good location (close to the main attractions). 2. Comfortable, clean, and safe. 3. Attentive and friendly service staff, restaurant with good food. Upon check-in and check-out, the front desk offers various treats. It was very nice 😁. 4 affordable prices. Cons: 1. No bottled water in the room. How the hell can you not leave no one bottle...

"Far away fron everything need a car. Shuttle wasnt available at airport. Room required cleaning on first day but staff did clean it next day"

"Review: The staff was polite, and check-in and check-out were smooth. However, dining options were limited at 5 pm, so we had to go out for food. My bathroom needed better ventilation and didn’t appear fully clean, so I ended up using my own supplies. My room was right by the exit, which made for easy access but meant constant noise from the door all night, impacting sleep. "

"This renovated mansion is a nice place for a couple to stay. The complimentary breakfast is actually very good, the service is excellent, and the service is excellent too. The rooms are a little small, but, again, perfect for a couple. Also, it is in a great location, walking distance to downtown and other good areas for dining, nightlife, and shopping. "

"The staff was exceptional! Very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast walking options is limited and staff did not seem versed on the best option. Sub par olives for a dirty Martini. I would stay again for sure. "
